Conference fees
Please be informed that conference fees apply, as follows:
- €150 for presenters;
- €75 for PhD students who present a paper and/or participate in the workshops and/or tutorials;
- €75 for those who wish to attend without presenting.
The conference fee covers goodie bag, coffee breaks, lunches, a reception on Wednesday 9 December and a pot d’adieu on Friday 11 December.
If you wish to join for the Conference Dinner on Thursday evening 10 Dec., an additional charge of €50,- applies.

Registration is mandatory for all participants.
Registration is now open. Please follow and register at your earliest convenience. Registration for the conference will close on 15 November 2026.

Please note that this payment must be made immediately once you have clicked the Submit button in the registration form. The link to the online payment platform is offered once. You will receive a reminder email after 1 hour and after 24 hours to complete payment if you clicked through to the payment platform but did not pay immediately.
Your registration is complete only after payment.
